OCENS Software - Buoyweather also provides all the text forecasts and charts through OCENS WeatherNet service. If you plan to access the data from a vessel at sea, you should seriously consider OCENS WeatherNet, Email, and Grib Explorer programs. Especially if satellite phone is your main connection.
